FSR LLC is the premier forest fuels reduction firm in the PNW. The last few years have taught us that by reducing the amount of fuels available and ladder fuels available to wildfires, the fire changes from a catastrophic problem that destroys the environment to a beneficial fire that is easily contained and has many environmental benefits.

FSR LLC provides a wide variety and several levels of fuels management regimes.  FSR LLC can reduce brush and ladder fuels over a wide area such as a ranch or resort or just around small residential homes located at the urban interface.  For very large landowners such as industrial timberland companies, tribal reservations, forest service and other governmental organizations, FSR LLC can create fire breaks at regular intervals across the landscape.

In municipal watersheds, our services are very beneficial. The fuels in many watersheds have reached a stage where they are an extreme fire risk. Should a fire get into the watershed, the results would be devastating.  Not only would the watershed owners lose all protective vegetation but the water quality would be destroyed by ashes, future soil erosion and other sedimentation.  It can take years to recover from such as a loss.

FSR LLC can reduce the fire risk in these watersheds in a very environmental manner. Our low impact machines do not disturb the soils, and are small enough to work around the standing timber so no logging has to occur.  The brush can be reduced to a height that is not a fire risk but still protects the soil from erosion that could increase sedimentation and reduce water quality.
