Using grapples, buncher heads and processor attachments, FSR LLC is able to harvest smaller diameter timber efficiently.  Our harvest areas are left in a clean park like manner.  We have found our machines are better utilized on small areas where a landowner has only a few acres to harvest and in environmentally sensitive areas where profit from logging is not the main goal of the harvest.

Because we have such low ground pressure, our equipment does not compact the soil or crush the root systems of residual trees. We can extract the timber by skidding or using log trailers to haul out the material. 

Because we have a low investment in equipment as compared to large logging companies, and our operating costs are lower, we are able to make you a profit on smaller diameter material and small acreage’s

Although FSR LLC provides logging services, we are not a replacement for traditional logging companies.  For large acreages and timber that averages over 18” diameter, traditional logging companies are still the best.  They have the equipment and the experience to harvest large areas and large diameter timber.  FSR LLC works with several traditional logging companies and can provide you with contact information for a company that will fit your needs.
